摘要
先进典型在高校思想政治教育中发挥着重要作用,目前,高职院校优秀学生典型选树存在诸多问题,如何发挥身边的榜样在学生学习生活中的示范引领作用,需要高职教育工作者高度重视,从工作机制构建上入手,做好系统设计,加强优秀学生典型的选树和培育,加大激励和宣传力度,才能有效发挥优秀大学生典型的影响力。
The advanced model plays an important role in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities. At present, there are many problems in selecting and setting excellent student models in Higher Vocational Colleges. How to play the leading role of the models in the learning and daily life of students? It needs Higher Vocational College educators’ great attention. They should start from the construction of the working mechanism and do a good job in system design. They need to strengthen the typical selection, establishment and cultivation of outstanding students, and increase the incentives and propaganda efforts. In this way, the typical influence of outstanding college students can be exerted.
