摘要
退伍复学高职学生作为一个特殊群体有着特殊的个人优势,高职院校如能积极关注,建立管理机制,搭建平台,恰当培养和引导,树立典型,他们将成为学校学生管理工作的重要力量。本文从分析退伍复学高职学生的特点入手,探讨他们在学生管理工作中的积极作用,重新定位退伍复学学生在高校学生中的角色,发挥他们在大学生思想引领、行为示范和组织管理等方面作用的实践模式,以期促进对这个群体的关注并帮助提升高职院校学生管理工作的实效。
As a special group, retired vocational students have a special personal advantage. If higher vocational colleges can actively pay attention, establish management mechanisms, build platforms, properly train and guide, and establish models, they will become an important force in the school student management work. This paper analyzes the characteristics of retired vocational students, discusses their active role in student management, and relocates the role of retired students in college students. To give full play to their role in the ideological guidance, behavior demonstration and organizational management of college students in order to promote the attention to this group and help enhance the effectiveness of student management work in higher vocational colleges.
