摘要
大学生优秀典型是社会主义核心价值观的坚定信仰者和积极践行者,积极培养和选树大学生优秀典型具有非常重要的时代意义和现实意义,从自己工作的实际情况出发,以沈阳农业大学为例,针对目前培养和选树的大学生先进典型存在的不足,提出从积极构建全员育人的工作格局;顶层设计、建章立制;不断深化大学生思想政治教育工作;大力宣传、营造氛围四个方面对大学生优秀典型的培养和选树进行了实践探索。
The outstanding typical college students are the firm believers and active practitioners of the socialist core values. It is of great significance and practical significance to actively cultivate and select the outstanding typical students. It has great function for grasping firmly the new situation for the college students＇ ideological level, building up the new structure and improving the focaliza- tion, actual effect and scientific nature of the work for the students＇ ideology. Taking Shenyang Agricultural University as an example, in the paper the author make a research on the methods of cultivating and selecting outstanding typical college students
