摘要
典型示范教育在高校思想政治教育工作中起着举足轻重的作用。开展典型示范教育活动的方式多种多样,但如何有效发挥其针对性和实效性,是高校教育工作者需要加强研究的一项课题。学生讲师团作为大学生思想政治教育的有效配合与补充力量,能够充分发挥大学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的意识和能力,使教育更有说服力、更具导向性,实现"一点红"带动"一片红",个人与群体的良性互动发展。
Typical example education plays a pivotal role in uni-versity ideological and political education. There are various methods for the implementation of typical example education, but how to make it more targeted and effective is a topic needing to be further researched by university education workers. As an effec-tive complement to university students＇ ideological and political education, student lecturer team can give full play to university students＇ awareness and ability of self-education, self-manage-ment and self-service, and realize the favorable development be-tween individuals and the group.
