摘要
临床常见具有时间发作规律的疾病,《黄帝内经》中有“病时间时甚者取之输”的治疗大法,“病时间时甚”意为疾病有时缓解,有时加重。天地阴阳之不同的变化,将会影响人身对于阴阳不同之经脉的气血运行,从而出现该经脉旺盛时病症加重的现象。输穴可在此过程中调节发挥治疗作用。“病时间时甚者取之输”之理:输穴疏调一身之气机,输穴调节经脉之气血,输穴合四时之夏而主时。从《黄帝内经》的天人相应观可知,人之气血与天地之阴阳相应,人身脏腑经脉气血适应天地阴阳之变化,同时也受到其变化的影响。人身经络之输穴,六阳经之输属木,六阴经之输属土,故输穴具有畅气机、和气血、调脏腑、平阴阳之功。此外,夏季为万物生长最旺之时,故“时主夏”;于人体,输穴经气旺盛,则应乎夏,故输穴主时。所以,凡病时作时止者,可取之输。
In clinical practice,there are often common diseases with time-onset regularity.In Huangdi's Internal Classic,there is a principle that"If the disease is now alleviated and then aggravated,it can be treated by needling the related stream points."The different changes of yin and yang in heaven and earth will affect the movement of qi and blood in different meridians of yin and yang,thus aggravating the symptoms when the meridians are vigorous.The related stream points can regulate and play a therapeutic role in this process.The working principle is as follows:Stream points can regulate qi movement of the whole body,qi and blood of meridians,and can conform to the changes of the four seasons.From the view of the correspondence between heaven and man in Huangdi's Internal Classic,we can see that human qi and blood correspond to yin and yang of heaven and earth,and the qi and blood of human viscera and meridians adapt to the changes of the yin and yang of heaven and earth,at the same time,they are also affected by the changes.Among the stream points of meridians,the ones of six yang meridians belong to the wood,and the ones of six yin meridians belong to earth,so stream points have the functions of regulating qi and blood,viscera,balancing yin and yang.In addition,summer is the most prosperous time for all things to grow,so"the concerned time is related to summer".In terms of human body,the meridians qi where stream points lie in are vigorous,so stream points are related to summer and time.Therefore,if the disease of any patient is now alleviated and then aggravated,it can be treated by needling the related stream points.
