摘要
目的:观察益肾养血扶正膏治疗肾性贫血的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性肾衰竭肾性贫血患者70例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例。治疗组以益肾养血扶正膏口服配合重组人促红细胞生成素(r Hu EPO)皮下注射,对照组仅皮下注射r Hu EPO。12周为1个疗程。观察患者治疗前后临床症状的变化并测定各组治疗前后血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞数(RBC)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCR)。结果:治疗组有效率为91%,对照组有效率为77%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后Hb、RBC、BUN、SCR与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾养血扶正膏治疗肾性贫血疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Kidney-Benifiting,Blood-Nourishing and Body Resistance-Strengthening Paste on renal anemia. Methods： 70 patients with renal anemia of chronic renal failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 cases in each group. Treatment group were administered with Kidney-Benifiting,Blood-Nourishing and Body Resistance-Strengthening Paste combined with subcutaneous injection of r Hu EPO while control group were simply given the latter treatment,with 12 weeks as a treatment course. The changes of clinical symptoms after the treatment were observed and the levels of Hb,RBC,BUN and SCR were determined in each group. Results： The effective rate was 91% in treatment group and77% in control group,with statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The differences in the levels of Hb,RBC,BUN and SCR between after and before the treatment had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the improvement in treatment group was better than that in control group,with statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Kidney-Benifiting,Blood-Nourishing and Body ResistanceStrengthening Paste has significant effects on renal anemia.
