略论易商思维及易学管理——成中英教授访谈录

On Changes-based Intelligence and Management——An Interview with Prof. Chung-Ying Cheng

摘要 成中英教授运用易学思维解读管理的元素,把管理问题提升到哲学高度,管理者、决策、市场、产品、资本之间存在着阴阳相应、五行相生的特定关系,管理活动中要善于把握不易、简易、变易、交易、活易的"五易"原则。江苏宏德文化出版基金会就成先生的易学管理哲学思想进行过访谈。成先生指出:管理者要以计划和策略创造使人人自觉走向为善的环境,以和谐的方式达到管理的目的。易学管理统合儒墨道法兵诸家管理思想,主张在韬光养晦、知行合一中发挥管理者的智慧。 Prof.Chung-Ying Cheng interprets management through thinking based on the Yi jing,so that the management process and management thought have been promoted to the height of philosophy.In his view,in the relationships among the administrator,decision-making,marketing,product and capital,the correspondence between yin and yang as well as the mutual production cycle among the Five Agents exist,and in management activities one should master and use the five principles of bu yi (no-change),jian yi (simplicity),bian yi (changeability),jiao yi (exchange),and huo yi (expedience).Jiangsu Hong De Cultural Publication Foundation conducted an interview with Prof.Cheng on the philosophy of man-agement based on the Book of Changes,during which Mr.Cheng pointed out that,when making plans and strategies,managers should make a good environment in which everyone is willing to strive for goodness and achieve the goal of management in a harmonious way.The Changes-oriented management theory could integrate Confucianism,Mohism,Daoism,and the art of war into one entity.He also contends that managers ought to'exhibit their wisdom'in the unity of knowledge and practice as well as concealing their ability.
