The Positive Effect of Humanized Management Model on Outpatient Nursing Management

摘要 目的研究人性化管理模式对门诊护理管理的积极作用。方法选取该院2017年1月—2019年1月门诊部收治的100例患者,将其随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采取常规护理管理,基于此观察组应用人性化管理模式。比较两组诺丁汉健康评分、不良事件发生情况、护理质量评分以及患者满意度。结果在诺丁汉健康评分方面,观察组躯体生活、社会生活、睡眠情感、精力等各项分值较对照组均显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不良事件方面,对照组发生率14.0%,观察组发生率2.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在护理质量评分方面,观察组沟通能力、医护配合度、责任心、服务意识等较对照组均显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在患者满意度方面,对照组为84.0%,观察组为96.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理模式在门诊护理管理中的效果显著显著,即可改善患者健康状况,减少不良事件,提升门诊护理质量以及患者满意度,因此值得应用推广。 Objective To study the positive effect of humanized management mode on outpatient care management.Methods 100 patients admitted to our outpatient department from January 2017 to January 2019 in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups,50 each.The control group adopted routine nursing management,and based on the control group,the observation group with the humanized management mode.The two groups of Nottingham health scores,adverse events,quality of care scores,and patient satisfaction were compared.Results In the Nottingham health score,the scores of physical life,social life,sleep emotion and energy of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of adverse events,the incidence of the control group was 14.0%,and the incidence of the observation group was 2.0%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of nursing quality score,the observation group's communication ability,medical cooperation,responsibility,and service awareness were significantly higher than the control group,and there was statistically significant difference between the two(P<0.05).In terms of patient satisfaction,the control group was 84.0%,and the observation group was 96.0%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanized management model has significant effects in outpatient care management,which can improve the patient's health status,reduce adverse events,improve the quality of outpatient care and patient satisfaction,so it is worth applying.
