摘要
目的 讨论研究在中医门诊护理管理过程中运用人性化服务模式的价值作用,包括对护患关系的影响、对护理质量的影响、对患者就诊等候时间的影响等。方法 选择2019年1月—2021年1月开封市中心医院中医门诊就诊的80例患者,运用随机分配的方式设置为对照组与观察组各40例。对照组运用常规护理服务模式,在对观察组患者进行常规护理服务的同时,开展人性化服务护理工作,对比两组护理前后的就诊等候时间、对比两组患者护理前后护患矛盾纠纷发生情况、对比两组患者护理后对护理工作的满意程度情况。结果 观察组整体的就诊等候时间明显比对照组短(P<0.05);观察组整体护患矛盾发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意程度明显超过对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在中医门诊护理管理工作用运用人性化服务模式,可以缩短患者在中医门诊部就诊的等候时间,降低护理人员与患者之间发生矛盾纠纷概率的风险,提高护理管理质量水平,提升患者对护理工作的满意程度,有利于中医门诊部门的长远、健康发展。
Objective To discuss and study the value of humanized service mode in the process of nursing management of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient service, including the influence on the relationship between nurses and patients, the influence on the quality of nursing, and the influence on the waiting time of patients. Methods From January 2019 to January 2021, 80 patients in Kaifeng central hospital were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing service, while the observation group was given routine nursing service, To carry out humanized service nursing work,the waiting time of patients before and after nursing,the occurrence of conflicts and disputes between nurses and patients before and after nursing,and the satisfaction of nursing work between the two groups were compared. Results The overall waiting time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group( P <0. 05),the overall incidence of nurse patient conflict in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05),the overall nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion The application of humanized service mode in traditional Chinese medicine outpatient nursing management can greatly shorten the waiting time of patients in traditional Chinese medicine outpatient department,reduce the risk of conflicts and disputes between nurses and patients in traditional Chinese medicine outpatient department,improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient nursing management,and effectively improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work,To provide better service for traditional Chinese medicine outpatients is very conducive to the long-term and healthy development of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient department,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical medicine.
