摘要
目的分析人性化管理模式在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取吉林省一汽总医院手术室46名护士为研究对象,2019年4月—2021年4月实施常规管理模式设为对照组,2021年5月—2022年5月实施人性化管理模式设为研究组,各23名。对比两组自我效能感、幸福感、职业倦怠感、应对方式、护理质量及工作满意度。结果研究组GSES评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组GWB评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组MBI评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组SCSQ量表中积极应对评分高于对照组,消极应对评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组工作满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理管理中应用人性化管理模式可提高护士自我效能感、幸福感,改善应对方式,降低职业倦怠感,提高护理质量、提高工作满意度。
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized management mode in nursing management of operating room.Methods 46 nurses in the operating room of FAW General Hospital of Jilin Province were selected as the research objects.From April 2019 to April 2021,the conventional management mode was implemented and set as the control group.From May 2021 to May 2022,the implementation of the humanized management model will be set as a research group,with 23 nures in each.The self-efficacy,well-being,job burnout,coping style,nursing quality and job satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The GSES score in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The GWB score of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MBI score in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive coping score in the SCSQ scale of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the negative coping score was lower than that the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Job satisfaction in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized management mode in operating room nursing management can improve nurses'self-efficacy and happiness,improve coping style,reduce job burnout,and improve nursing quality and improve job satisfation.
