摘要
习明纳教学法在当今西方教育中被视为最常用的教育方法之一。基于习明纳教学的五个阶段分析,发觉将习明纳教学模式引入职业教育是对职业教育办学理念的契合,可弥补职业教育教学“短板”,促进学生的全面发展。进而指出职业教育引入习明纳教学法,应通过教师队伍素质的提升、教学资源整合、多种灵活教学形式的开创以及学术环境的营造等形式得以实现。
Simina is regarded as one of the most commonly used methods of education in western education today.Based on the analysis of the five stages of Ximinna teaching,it is found that the introduction of Ximinna teaching mode into vocational education is a fit for the idea of running vocational education,which can make up for the shortcomings of vocational education teaching and promote the all-round development of students.Then it points out that the introduction of Simina teaching method into vocational education should be realized through the promotion of teachers,the integration of teaching resources,the creation of various flexible teaching forms and the cultivation of academic environment.
