摘要
通过分析高校货物和服务采购工作中存在预算执行准确率低、采购计划零散、采购周期长、档案管理繁琐等问题,提出构建基于信息化平台的新型管理模式,该平台包括预算申报、采购计划申请、采购执行、合同管理等功能,实现货物和服务采购工作的全流程管理。
By analyzing the problems of low accuracy of budget execution, scattered procurement plans, long purchasing cycle and cumbersome archives management in the university procurement of goods and services, this paper puts forward a new management model based on information platform. The platform includes the functions such as the budget declaration, procurement plan application, procurement execution, contract management, etc., realizing the whole process management of procurement work of goods and services.
