摘要
大力培养创新创业人才对缓解就业压力、提高就业质量、促进经济发展具有重要作用。在“互联网+”形势下,高职院校在教育理念、师资、保障体系等方面与创新创业人才培养的要求还有很大差距。高职院校应树立“互联网+双创”人才培养理念,加强师资队伍建设,完善教育课程体系,搭建实践平台,加强保障措施,不断完善面向“互联网+双创”的教育模式。
Cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents plays an important role in alleviating employment pressure,improving employment quality and promoting economic development.Under the situation of"Internet+",there is still a big gap between higher vocational colleges and the requirements of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in education concept,teachers,security system and other aspects.Higher vocational colleges should set up the concept of"Internet+Entrepreneurship and Innovation"talent training,strengthen the construction of teachers,improve the education curriculum system,build a practice platform,strengthen safeguard measures,and constantly improve the education mode for"Internet+Entrepreneurship and Innovation".
