摘要
现代学徒制为民办高职深化校企合作和内涵式发展指明方向,更是培养高素质技术技能人才的重要途径。高职工商管理企业专业现行人才培养模式在实施过程中存在人才培养“惰性”思维、校企联合招生效能未能有效发挥和社会对现代学徒制招生模式尚存误解等问题,结合工商企业管理专业现代学徒制改革方向,以理念先行、专业改革、师资建设和技能竞赛为抓手,加快推进校企精准对接与精准育人。
Modern apprenticeship system not only points out the direction for private higher vocational education to deepen school-enterprise cooperation and implicit development,but also is an important way to cultivate high-quality technical talents.There are some problems in the implementation of the current talent training mode of business administration enterprise specialty in higher vocational education,such as the"inert"thinking of talent training,the failure to give full play to the effectiveness of joint enrollment between schools and enterprises,and the misunderstanding of the modern apprenticeship enrollment mode in the society.Combined with the reform direction of modern apprenticeship system in business administration,taking the concept first,professional reform,teacher construction and skill competition as the starting point,we should speed up the precise docking between schools and enterprises and the precise education of people.
