摘要
高职院校构建专业动态调整机制具有现实意义,有助于解决目前专业建设中存在的弊端,促进社会经济的转型升级,缓解大学生的结构性失业。专业动态调整机制应遵循适应性、前瞻性、特色发展、整体优化、校企合作等原则;专业动态调整的策略有扩大大类招生改革,增设、淘汰、改造专业等;其运行模式有宏观指导机制、咨询参谋机制、具体执行机制、监督反馈机制等。
It is important for us to build the dynamic colleges. The dynamic adjustment mechanism of specialty adjustment mechanism of specialty in higher vocational can contribute to solving the drawbacks existing in the current specialty development, promoting the transformation and upgrading of social economy, alleviating structural unemployment of college students. The paper discusses the principles to be followed, the main strategies and running modes summarized as macro guidance mechanism, consulting staff mechanism, specific enforcement mechanism, supervision feedback mechanism of four parts for building the dynamic adjustment mechanism of specialty.
