摘要
现代学徒制是一种新型的职业教育制度,双主体办学、双身份学习、双导师指导、双场地教学、双证书培养是现代职业教育制度与现代劳动制度相结合的重要保障。然而,"五双"背后存在着校企合作表象化、受教育者背景复杂化、师资性质异质化、学习环境差异化以及评价方式标准化等问题。校企共建无界化隐性课程网络获取平台、制定个性化隐性课程积累目标,形成互动化隐性课程共享氛围,培养情境化隐性课程运用机智,塑造特色化隐性课程创新能力等策略,有助于优化高职隐性课程管理模式。
Modern apprenticeship is a new kind of vocational education system. The "double-subject" school-running, "double- identity" studying, "double- mentor" guidance, "double-field" teaching and "double-certificate" training are all playing an important role in realizing the combination of modern vocational education system and the modern labor system. However, behind the "five double" , there appears a series of problems that influence the hidden curriculum management, such as the represented cooperation between school and enterprise, the complicated background of educatees, the heterogeneity of teacher quality, the different study environment and the standard evaluation. Based on this, some ways to improve the mode of the hidden curriculum management are put forward, for example, constructing by school and enterprise jointly unbounded access network platform to obtain hidden curriculum, making personalized accumulation target of hidden curriculum, forming interactive sharing environment of hidden curriculum, cultivating contextualized using wit of hidden curriculum and shaping characteristic path to innovate the hidden curriculum, and so on.
