摘要
先天性脊柱侧弯(congenital scoliosis,CS)是脊柱骨科教学中的难点内容,需要掌握的知识点繁多.而脊柱本身解剖结构复杂,对学生的解剖学基础及空间想象能力要求很高.近年来,随着3D打印技术的越发成熟,运用3D打印技术制作直观、真实的教学模型,已经在临床教学中广泛应用.将3D打印技术联合案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)应用于先天性脊柱侧弯的教学中,能提高学生的学习效率,激发学生的学习热情,很好的掌握先天性脊柱侧弯的各个知识难点.
Congenital scoliosis is a diffcult part in clinical teaching of spinal department of Orthopedics.There is a great deal of knowledge to be mastered.It requires a high level of anatomical foundation and spatial imagination due to the complex anatomy of the spine.In recent years,with the maturity of 3D printing technology,the use of 3d printing technology to produce intuitive and realistic teaching models has been widely used in clinical teaching.Applying CBL teaching method combined with 3D printing technique in clinical practice teaching of congenital scoliosis can increase students'learning efficiency,stimulate their learning enthusiasm,and help them master the knowledge of congenital scoliosis.
