摘要
目的:探讨住院医师规范化培训中,3D打印技术结合基于案例学习(CBL)教学法对脊柱侧弯教学效果的影响。方法:选取住院医师规范化培训学员40名,依据入科先后顺序,按照数字随机法分为实验组和对照组,每组各20名。实验组采用3D打印技术结合CBL教学法进行教学,对照组单纯采用CBL教学法教学。培训结束后,采用出科考试、填写评估表等方式对教学效果进行评价。结果:两组学员对授课老师满意度评价差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组学员出科考试成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷调查中,实验组学员在脊柱侧弯概念理解能力、病理特点、指标测量、截骨矫形原理、手术术前规划设计、课程感兴趣程度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:3D打印技术可有效提高住院医师规范化培训脊柱侧弯CBL教学的效率,可激发学员对脊柱侧弯学习的热情和积极性,值得推广。
Objective:The aim was to explore the teaching effect of scoliosis by three-dimensional(3D)printing technology combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in the standardized training of residents.Methods:According to the order of admission,40 residents were randomly divided into experimental group(EG)and control group(CG),with 20 in each group.EG:3D printing technology combined with CBL teaching method was used;CG:Only CBL teaching method was used.After the training,the teaching effect was evaluated by graduation examination and questionnaires.Results:There was no significant difference in the evaluation of teachers'satisfaction between the EG and the CG(P>0.05).The results of graduation examination in the EG were significantly higher than those in the CG(P<0.05).Through the questionnaires survey,understanding on scoliosis,pathological characteristics,index measurement,osteotomy and orthopedic principle,preoperative planning and design,and course interest in the EG were significantly better than those in the CG(P<0.05).Conclusion:3D printing technology can effectively improve the efficiency of CBL teaching method of scoliosis in standardized training for residents,and can stimulate students'enthusiasm for learning scoliosis.Thus 3D printing technology combined with CBL teaching method is worth popularizing.
