摘要
临床上高脂血症不仅发病率高,且严重危害人类健康,揭示其发病机制、开发安全有效的新型降脂药物并阐明其作用机制,成为研究的重要方向。脂质组学可以通过系统分析,了解机体体内脂质的整体变化,明晰脂质代谢的特点,探索其与疾病之间的关系,发现治疗药物的靶点和先导化合物,因此成为高脂血症相关研究的重要方法。本文对近年来脂质组学在高脂血症相关研究中的应用进行了综述,以期为高脂血症的研究提供参考佐证。
Hyperlipidemia which has a high incidence in clinical seriously endangers human health.It has been become the major directions to reveal the pathogenesis,research and develop new drugs,and explicit the mechanism.Lipidomics can systematically analyze the changes of lipids in the body,clarify the characteristics of lipid metabolism,explore the relationship between lipid metabolism and diseases,and find drug targets and lead compounds of new drugs.Therefore,it has become an important method for the study of hyperlipidemia.Here,the applications of lipidomics in the research of hyperlipidemia in recent years have been reviewed in order to provide references for the further investigations.
