摘要
脂类化合物是生命体内一类具有重要生理作用的物质。脂质组学是对脂质分子种属及其生物功能进行全面描述的一门新兴学科,现已成为代谢组学中最为活跃的研究领域之一。研究表明,脂质代谢异常与多种疾病的发生发展密切相关,因此,脂质组学在临床研究中的重要性引起了人们的广泛关注。本文重点介绍了脂质组学的分析方法及其在临床研究中的应用。
Lipids are a kind of small molecules with vital physiological roles in the living system. Lipidomics is a novel subject that fully describes lipid species and their biological roles. It has been one of the most active research areas in metabolomics till now. As abnormal lipid metabolism is closely related with the occurrence and development of many diseases, the importance of lipidomics in clinical research has attracted a lot of attention. In this paper, we mainly review the analytical methods for lipidomics and their applications in clinical research.
