摘要
目的 探讨血脂异常患者中医体质与钙、镁、锌之间的相关性。方法 2019年4月至2020年10月在上海熙康门诊部收集血脂异常患者200例,血脂正常人群100例为对照组。检测血脂指标(TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C)及血钙、镁、锌指标,并对血脂异常组进行中医体质评估。使用方差分析、多元线性回归和Logistic回归分析异常组体质类型与钙、镁、锌及血脂指标的相关性。结果 (1)血脂异常组钙、镁、锌水平均低于对照组(P<0.001);(2)不同体质之间的钙均值有差异(P<0.001);(3)多元线性回归分析显示钙与LDLC相关(P=0.039),锌与TC相关(P=0.03);(4)Logistic回归分析显示钙与阳虚质及痰湿质相关,TG与阳虚质相关(P<0.001),TC与痰湿质相关(P<0.001)。结论 血脂异常患者血钙、镁、锌微量元素水平及血脂指标与中医体质分型存在一定相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between TCM on patients with dyslipidemia and their relationships between blood lipid levels and trace elements-calcium, magnesium, and zinc.Methods Blood samples of 200 patients with dyslipidemia were collected from Shanghai Xikang Clinic;100 patients with normal blood lipid levels were served as the control group. The data was collected between April 2019 to October 2020. Blood level indicators(BLIs: TC, TG,LDL-C, HDL-C) were assessed by Shanghai Xikang Clinic. Blood samples of trace elements(Ca, Mg, Zn) were also assessed by Shanghai Xikang Clinic. TCM body constitutions for dyslipidemia patients were determined by Chinese medicine physicians at Shanghai Xikang Clinic. Variance analysis, multiple linear regression, and logistic regression were used to analyze the correlation between the test group subjects(classified under TCM body constitution) and their blood level indicators in comparison against their blood samples of trace elements(Ca, Mg, Zn).Results(1)The levels of calcium, magnesium and zinc in the dyslipidemia group were lower than those in the control group(P< 0.001).(2) There were differences in the mean calcium values between TCM body constitution variants(P< 0.001).(3) Multiple linear regression analysis showed that calcium was related to LDL-C(P = 0.039), and zinc was related to TC(P = 0.03).(4)Logistic regression analysis showed that calcium was related to Yang Deficient(TCMC type) and Phlegm Dampness type;TG was related to Yang Deficient type;and TC was related to Phlegm Dampness type.Conclusion Correlations exists between levels of trace elements(Blood Ca, Mg, Zn), and blood lipids in patients with dyslipidemia and TCMC classification.
