摘要
以0403工作面进回风两巷为研究对象,分析了注浆通过提高围岩强度、粘结围岩裂隙、减小围岩松动圈、防止岩层风化来加固巷道的机理。根据巷道围岩岩层性质,采用公式计算得到注浆压力、注浆深度、注浆量、扩散半径等参数。通过在巷道设置监测站监测巷道注浆前后围岩变形量,监测结果表明,注浆顶板下沉量和两帮移近量分别减少了90%和83%,注浆加固巷道效果明显。
Taking the inlet and return air roadways of 0403 working face as the research object, the mechanism of grouting strengthening roadways by increasing the strength of surrounding rock, bonding the cracks of surrounding rock, reducing the loosening circle of surrounding rock and preventing the weathering of rock strata were analyzed. According to the properties of surrounding rock strata of roadway, parameters such as grouting pressure, grouting depth, grouting volume and diffusion radius are calculated by formula. By setting monitoring stations in the roadway to monitor the deformation of surrounding rock before and after grouting, the monitoring results show that the subsidence of grouting roof and the approaching of two sides are reduced by 90% and 83% respectively, and the effect of grouting reinforcement is obvious.
