深部开采井下巷道保护煤柱加固技术分析

摘要 煤矿井下深部开采技术解决煤炭资源紧缺问题的同时带来了矿压过大,巷道保护煤柱难以维持巷道稳定的问题,因此必须采用有效技术对保护煤柱进行加固,增强其支护能力及自身稳定性。本文提出采用灌浆的方式加固巷道保护煤柱的方法,增强其坚固程度与抗压性能,使其能和保护煤柱中部煤层一样起到支撑承重作用,同时避免冒顶、片帮事故的发生,极大提升深部开采的安全系数。这里以某矿N30125工作面回风巷为例进行应用实验,实验过程中对有无灌浆加固的两种煤柱段围岩破坏特征和矿山压力显现规律进行对比分析,实验结果表明:保护煤柱灌浆段巷道围岩变形程度明显减弱,同时巷道中瓦斯浓度相比未灌浆段也大大降低。即通过向保护煤柱灌浆的方式能够很好的提升其稳固性能,确保井下回采工作安全高效的展开。 While solving the problem of shortage of coal resources, deep mining technology in coal mine has brought about the problem of excessive rock pressure, which makes it difficult to maintain the stability of roadway by protecting coal pillars in roadways. Therefore, effective technology must be adopted to reinforce the protective coal pillars so as to enhance their supporting capacity and self-stability. In this paper, the method of grouting to reinforce the protective pillars of roadways is put forward, which can enhance the firmness and compressive performance of the pillars, so that they can play a supporting and bearing role as well as protect the coal seams in the middle of the pillars. At the same time, roof caving and slope accidents are avoided, and the safety factor of deep mining is greatly improved. This paper takes N30125 working face of a mine as an example to carry out the application experiment. In the course of the experiment, the failure characteristics of surrounding rock and the law of mine pressure manifestation of two kinds of coal pillar sections with or without grouting reinforcement are compared and analyzed. The experimental results show that the deformation degree of surrounding rock in the grouting section of protective coal pillar is obviously reduced, and the gas concentration in the roadway is also greatly reduced compared with that in the non-grouting section. That is to say, the grouting method to protect coal pillar can improve its stability and ensure the safe and efficient development of underground mining.
