摘要
为了解决煤矿破碎围岩巷道的有效支护及返修率过高的难题,针对晋煤集团成庄煤矿二盘区皮带运输大巷2103巷受采动影响后属于破碎软岩煤巷易出现变形破坏的特点,通过分析巷道锚注加固支护和破坏原理,根据巷道围岩具体生产条件,对此巷道进行返修,包括扩帮、挑顶、巷道壁后围岩注浆加固方案,主要对方案设计、施工工艺、支护技术参数等方面的内容进行了研究论述。经过煤矿生产实践证明,此锚注参数设计有效的控制巷道变形,达到了明显的效果。
In order to solve the effective support of crushed surrounding rock of roadway in mine and the high repair rate problem,based on the second panel main transportation roadway 2013 roadway of Chengzhuang Mine belongs to broken soft rock roadway after influenced by mining,prone to deformation damage,through the analysis of roadway anchor reinforcement and damage theory,according to the specific production conditions of surrounding rock in roadway,rework was conducted to the roadway,including slope expanding,roof ripping,roadway wall behind surrounding rock grouting strengthening,the design,construction technology,supporting technology parameters,etc. were discussed. Mine production practice showed that anchor injection parameter design effectively controled roadway deformation and achieved remarkable effect.
