再生顶板破碎岩石胶结体力学特性实验 被引量:2

Experimental study on mechanical properties of broken rock cementation body in regenerated roof

摘要 本文以州景矿破碎巷道围岩为例,通过室内试验研究破碎岩石在胶结后的强度特性,利用RMT-150岩石力学实验系统对试件进行单轴压缩试验,并分析其影响因素,制作了破碎岩石重组水泥胶结试件。结果表明:胶结对破碎岩石的结构和强度特性具有显著影响,胶结后的破碎岩石抗压强度显著提高,被胶结的块体强度和破碎程度是影响胶结体强度的主要因素;被胶结的块体单粒径、粒径级配对胶结体强度有明显的影响,抗压强度随岩块粒径大小的变化而变化。通过对不同条件下破碎岩石的胶结体强度影响因素进行分析,为州景矿再生顶板支护研究提供参考依据。 As an example of the surrounding rock of Broken Roadway in Zhoujing Coal Mine,the strength characteristics of broken rock after cementation and its influencing factors are studied through laboratory tests,uniaxial compression tests are carried out with RMT-150 rock mechanics experimental system,and the reconstituted cement cemented specimens of broken rock are discussed.The results show that the cementation has a significant effect on the structure and strength characteristics of the fractured rock,and the compressive strength of the fractured rock after cementation is significantly improved.The strength of cemented block and the degree of crushing are the main factors affecting the strength of cementitious body.The strength of cemented block with single particle size and gradation of particle size has obvious influence,and the compressive strength changes with the change of rock particle size.By analyzing the influencing factors of cement body strength of broken rock under different conditions,it provides a reference for the research of state roof mine regeneration roof support.
