摘要
针对高河能源W1319综放工作面沿空留巷(W1319进风顺槽)在一次采动影响后巷道围岩变形破坏严重的问题,提出在二次回采影响前对该沿空留巷进行整体注浆加固。本文就注浆加固时机进行了详细研究,综合分析了注浆加固机理和判断合理注浆时机的依据,通过FlAC3D数值模拟的方法分别模拟了在工作面前方不同距离进行注浆时的巷道围岩控制效果,最终得出在工作面前方50m左右位置处进行注浆巷道围岩变形量最小、控制效果最佳的结论。
Aiming at the problem of serious deformation of surrounding rock of W1319 gob-side entry retaining (W1319 inlet roadway) of fully mechanized top coal caving working face of Gaohe Energy after first mining impact, come up with whole grouting reinforcement should be carried out along the gob-side entry retaining. In this paper, the timing of grouting reinforcement is studied in detail, and the mechanism of grouting reinforcement and the basis for judging reasonable grouting time are comprehensively analyzed, and Flac3D numerical simulation method is used to simulate the surrounding rock control effect of grouting at different distances in front of the work. Finally, it is concluded that the minimum deformation and the best control effect of grouting surrounding the roadway at the location of about 50 m in front of the work face.
