摘要
针对西翼回风一巷受多重应力作用下,巷道出现变形、破碎现象,影响着煤矿安全高效施工。为了提高应力区巷道稳定性,降低应力对巷道破坏作用,晋煤集团通过技术研究,合理分析了巷道受力特点、变形机理,并提出了注浆加固技术。通过实际应用发现,注浆加固技术控制了顶板下沉、破碎、巷帮收缩、底板鼓起等现象,取得了显著应用成效。
Under the action of multiple stresses,the west wing return air roadway is deformed and broken,which affects the safe and efficient construction of coal mine.In order to improve the stability of the roadway in the stress area and reduce the damage effect of the stress on the roadway,through technical research,Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Coal Mining Group reasonably analyzes the stress characteristics and deformation mechanism of the roadway,and puts forward the grouting reinforcement technology.Through practical application,it is found that grouting reinforcement technology has controlled roof sinking,breaking,roadway side shrinkage,floor bulging and other phenomena,and achieved remarkable application results.
