气相色谱法检测果蔬中30种有机磷类农药残留的基质效应 被引量:14

摘要 应用NY/T 761-2008标准,考察气相色谱法(GC-FPD)同时测定水果和蔬菜基质中有机磷农药残留的基质效应。选用15种水果和蔬菜上机液作为溶剂,将30种有机磷农药配制成4个不同浓度水平的混合标准溶液,与同等质量浓度的溶剂标准溶液进行比较,得出各种有机磷农药在不同浓度水平下不同基质中的绝对基质效应。结果表明,15种果蔬对30种有机磷农药均存在不同程度的基质效应,多数农药表现为基质增强效应,不同基质对有机磷农药的基质效应影响存在明显的差异,除少数有机磷农药随着浓度的增加,基质效应的影响有先强后弱的趋势外,大部分有机磷农药与浓度之间没有明显的关联性。因此,检测果蔬中有机磷农药残留时,建议采用基质配制的标准品进行定量检测;瓜类和芽菜类蔬菜受基质效应影响较小。推测可根据含水量高低划分果蔬种类,选用通用基质替代不同种类蔬菜进行标准溶液配制,可减少基质带来的干扰,提高检测效率和准确性。 Application of agricultural standard method NY/T 761-2008,matrix effects of organophosphorus pesticides have been studied in fruits and vegetables by GC-FPD in this research.15 kinds of samples determined to have no pesticides by GC-FPD were selected,and 30 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides standard were mixed in the 15 kinds of samples matrix at 4 different concentrations levels.And they were compared with the same concentration levels of pesticide standard solution with pure acetone as solvent.Results showed that 15 kinds of samples had different degree of matrix enhancement effect or weakened effect on 30 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides,The intensity of matrix effect were bound up with the types of sample and pesticide.The strength of the polarity and had no obvious linear relationship with the concentration of pesticide,but a small number of the matrix effect of pesticide has a tendency to first increased and then decreased with the increase of mass concentration.It is recommendable to apply the matrix-matched external standard method on the determination of organophosphorus pesticides in real samples;Melons and bud vegetables have less.It is speculated that according to the moisture content to categorize fruits and vegetables and selects the general matrix instead of different kinds of vegetables to prepare standard solution.This method would greatly reduce matrix interference and improve the efficiency and accuracy of inspection.
