果蔬农药残留检测方法研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 我国是果蔬生产大国,但受各种因素影响,农药使用不规范的现象长期存在,导致部分果蔬产品的农药残留超标,既影响了消费者身体健康,又影响了果蔬的出口。近年来,国家高度重视食品安全问题,果蔬产品中的农药残留检测技术也迅速发展,为果蔬质量安全提供了有力支持。基于此,本文分析了目前果蔬农药残留的主要检测方法,包括色谱法、质谱法、生物传感器法、酶抑制法等,并展望了果蔬农药残留检测未来的发展趋势,以期为果蔬农药残留检测方法的研究工作提供参考。 China is a large country of fruit and vegetable production,but affected by various factors,the phenomenon of nonstandard use of pesticides has existed for a long time,resulting in the excessive pesticide residues in some fruit and vegetable products,which not only affects the health of consumers,but also affects the export of fruits and vegetables.In recent years,the country attaches great importance to food safety,and the rapid development of pesticide residue detection technologies provides strong support for the quality and safety of fruits and vegetables.Based on it,this paper analyzed the main detection methods of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables,including chromatography,mass spectrometry,biosensor and enzyme inhibition,and look forward to the future development trend of pesticide residues detection,in order to provide reference for the research of pesticide residue detection methods in fruits and vegetables.
