摘要
通过优化分析条件建立了应用气相色谱仪检测蔬菜水果中的19种痕量有机磷类农药的分析方法。采用DB-35色谱柱,可同时兼顾各组中组分的分离度、分析时间以及色谱柱的使用寿命。通过对果蔬的分析,最小检测浓度可达10ug/L,回收率在60%~110%之间,方法线性及重复性良好,具有快速、准确、高信噪比等特点。
A detection method was found of nineteen Organophosphorus pesticide in Fruits and vegetables by GC.Column DB-35 with inert system was used,ahieving 10 ug/L of minimum detection concentration,the recovery rate was from 60%to 120%.The method had good linearity adn repeatability.It was a rapid,accurate method with high sensitivity.
