骨料对不同干密度保温砂浆收缩及硬化开裂的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用立式比长仪和圆环法测试了分别以EPS颗粒和玻化微珠为骨料的保温砂浆6年间的收缩率和硬化开裂,探讨了2种骨料引起的差异和干密度的影响规律。结果表明:2种不同骨料的保温砂浆收缩率及硬化开裂指数均随着干密度降低而逐渐减小。但是,在干密度相差不大的情况下,玻化微珠保温砂浆的收缩率远小于EPS颗粒保温砂浆,且持续时间也有很大不同,前者在1年后已达到平衡状态,而后者在前4年持续增大;玻化微珠保温砂浆的硬化开裂指数低于EPS颗粒保温砂浆的;玻化微珠颗粒度对保温砂浆硬化开裂性能的影响较大,玻化微珠颗粒较大时保温砂浆更不易开裂。 With which contains the aggregate of EPS grain and glazed hollow beads separately,drying shrinkage of thermal insulation mortar was measured by vertical length comparator and hardened cracking was measured by ring method,and the effect of aggregate kinds and different drying density of thermal insulation mortar on shrinkage cracking were discussed.The results show that the shrinkage rate and hardened cracking index of the two different aggregates reduce with the decrease of dry density.However,in the case where the dry density is not much different,the shrinkage rate of the glazed hollow beads insulation mortar is much smaller than that of the EPS grain insulation mortar,and the duration was also very different.The former reached equilibrium after one year,while the latter increased continuously in the first four years.The hardened cracking index of glazed hollow beads insulation mortar was lower than that of EPS grain insulation mortar;the granular size of glazed hollow beads has a great influence on the hardening cracking performance of thermal insulation mortar,and mortar is less susceptible to cracking when the grain size of glazed hollow beads is relatively large.
