摘要
文章介绍了高粘凹土与VAE复合对EPS颗粒保温砂浆的性能影响,研究了掺0%、2%、4%、6%、8%高粘凹土分别与VAE复合改善EPS颗粒保温砂浆的力学性能、耐水性能及线性收缩。试验结果表明:掺入高粘凹土与VAE复掺对EPS颗粒保温砂浆的软化系数、压剪粘结强度有所改善,且降低了成本。
The influence of viscous attapulgite clay/VAE on the EPS thermal insulation mortar was introduced. The mechanical properties, hydrolytic resistance and lineal shrinkage of the EPS thermal insulation mortar with different weight fractions (0% ,2% ,4% ,6% ,8%) of viscous attapulgite clay mixed with VAE were investigated. The results show that when viscous attapulgite clay mixed with VAE, the soften modulus and shear adhesive strength of the EPS thermal insulation mortar are improved, and the products cost is decreased.
