冻融循环对玻化微珠保温砂浆力学性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 玻化微珠保温砂浆作为一种墙体保温材料,在建筑节能方面发挥了巨大作用,因而研究其耐久性显得尤为重要。通过对冻融循环0、5、15、25、50次后玻化微珠保温砂浆材料的基本力学性能和微观物相特征进行试验研究,得出以下结论:冻融循环50次后,保温砂浆的拉伸粘结强度、弹性模量、抗拉强度、抗折强度和抗压强度均有不同程度的减小,并且抗拉强度的强度损失率最大,但是依然满足规范对保温砂浆强度的要求;保温砂浆中的玻化微珠颗粒会随着冻融循环次数的增加而发生局部破坏,内部水泥浆孔洞数量变多,孔径变大,表面出现微小裂缝。 Glazed hollow beads thermal insulation mortar which is a kind of wall insulation materials, plays a significant role in building energy efficiency.In consequence, it is particularly important to study its durability.In this paper, we propose to test the basic mechanical properties and microscopic features of the glazed hollow beads thermal insulation mortar after 0,5,15,25 and 50 cycles in freeze-thaw environment.The results showed that the tensile bond strength, elastic modulus, strength of extension, flexural strength and compressive strength of thermal insulation mortar decreased in different degrees after 50 freeze-thaw cycles, and the loss rate of tensile strength is the largest.Nonetheless, its strength still meets the requirements of the specification for the strength of thermal insulation mortar.The number of holes in the thermal insulation mortar increased, the pore diameter becomes larger, the surface appears small cracks, and the microspheres are partially broken.After 50 freeze-thaw cycles, the thermal insulation mortar still has good frost resistance durability.
