医院共青团组织是医院党政联系团员青年的桥梁和纽带,肩负着为医院培养优秀青年的重任。在全面深化从严治团的背景下,加强医院共青团工作是医院共青团组织更好地服务医院发展和团员青年需求、切实发挥党的助手和后备军作用的必然要求。通过分析当前医院共青团组织在结构、关系、行为等方面存在的问题,思考并探索加强医院共青团工作的方法,促进医院共青团组织实现组织变革和自身价值。
