摘要
目的探讨以“6-STEP”为核心的过程管理模式在医院品管圈活动推广中的实施效果。方法成立品管助理团队,与原推广小组共同通过以“6-STEP”为核心的过程管理模式,对各品管圈组进行阶段引导和按需帮助,全面推广医院品管圈活动。结果“6-STEP”过程管理模式实施后,2019年医院品管圈结题圈组数量、平均成绩、无形成果、真实性调查分值均优于2018年,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论“6-STEP”过程管理模式有助于医院品管圈活动的推广和其活动内涵的提升,通过品管圈活动的开展,医务人员的品质管理能力不断增强,医院质量安全水平得到了提高。
Objective:To explore the implementation effect of process management mode with“6-step”as the core in the promotion of hospital quality control circle.Method:The quality control assistant team was set up to guide each quality control group through the process management mode of“6-step”,jointly with the original promotion team,and provide assistance needed to comprehensively promote the hospital quality control circle activities.Result:After the implementation of“6-step”process management mode,the number of concluding circle groups,average scores,intangible results and authenticity survey scores of hospital quality control circle in 2019 were all better than those in 2018,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:The“6-step”process management mode is conducive to the promotion of hospital quality control circle and the improvement of their connotation.Through the development of quality control circle activities,the quality management ability of medical staff is constantly enhanced,and the quality and safety level of the hospital is improved.
