摘要
分析了当前QCC活动中存在的问题和成因,在明确QCC和PDCA关系的基础上提出了以时间为导向的PDCA(T-PDCA)理念。介绍了通过T-PDCA提高QCC活动成效的操作要点,包括养成制定时间计划表的习惯,确定合理的时限,保证时间计划表顺利实施以及追求卓越达成目标等。
Problems and causes of QCC were summarized. Based on the analysis of the relationship between QCC and PDCA, concept of time oriented T-PDCA was presented. The key point on implementation T-PDCA includes setting timesheet and rational time management was introduced to achieve great management.
