摘要
本文结合新时期中央和中国石化对共青团和青年工作提出的新要求,结合机关服务局共青团和青年工作实际,论述了基层共青团和青年工作以及基层团组织存在的主要问题,分析了问题产生的原因,提出了保持和增强基层团组织政治性、先进性、群众性的方法路径。
Combining with the new requirements for Communist Youth League and young people from the central government and SINOPEC group in the new period, this paper discusses the main problems of the grassroots of Communist Youth League and youth work as well as the grassroots Youth League, analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward some methods to maintain and enhance the political quality, pioneering quality and mass quality.
