摘要
为了探究不同肥料配比对黄芪有效成分合成途径的关键基因表达量的影响,以1年生黄芪为试材,选取3种诱导子(水杨酸、萘乙酸、硝普钠)以及固氮菌T16、T21和黄芪绿肥配制成肥料,按照正交试验设计4因素3水平的9个组合,利用实时荧光定量PCR对PAL、CHS和SS基因在不同配比施肥条件下黄芪根、茎部位的表达量进行测定分析。结果表明,不同肥料配比差异性地影响PAL、CHS、SS基因的表达量。因而,推断其可能会影响黄芪药效成分在根茎部位的合成与积累。
To explore the effect of different fertilizer ratios on the key gene expression of the active constituents of Astragalus membranaceus,one-year-old Astragalus membranaceus was used as a test material,and the three kinds of inducer(salicylic acid,naphthalene acetic acid,sodium nitrate),nitrogen-fixing bacteria T16,T21,and Astragalus membranaceus green fertilizer were formulated into fertilizers.According to orthogonal design,the 9 combinations of 4 factors and 3 levels were used to analyze the expression levels of PAL,CHS and SS genes in roots and stems of Astragalus membranaceus under different fertilization conditions by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR.The results showed that different ratios of fertilizers could affect the expression levels of PAL,CHS and SS genes,and we concluded that it may affect the synthesis and accumulation of the active constituents of Astragalus membranaceus in roots and stems.
