摘要
目的:拟通过内生真菌J-G诱导子的作用,提高毛脉酸模中次生代谢产物的含量,从而提高药材的利用率。方法:利用毛脉酸模内生真菌J-G的灭菌菌丝匀浆作为诱导子,对毛脉酸模幼苗进行诱导培养,检测培养不同时间(5,10,15 d)的实验组幼苗相对于空白对照组幼苗的次生代谢产物含量变化。结果:毛脉酸模幼苗中白藜芦醇和白藜芦醇苷等二苯乙烯类成分含量显著提高(P<0.05),酸模素和蒽醌类成分含量在诱导过程中呈现先增高后降低的趋势。结论:诱导子短时间作用对毛脉酸模中次生代谢产物的积累具有显著的促进作用,为保护野生资源,提高药用植物利用率提供了方法和手段,对维护资源可持续发展具有重要意义。
Objective: To increase the contents of secondary metabolites in Rumex gmelini Turcz by means of endophyte fungus J-G elicitor,so as to increase the utilization of medicinal materials.Methods: The sterile mycelium homogenate of endophytic fungus J-G of Rumex gmelini Turcz was used as the elicitor in the seedling culture of Rumex gmelini Turcz,and the contents of secondary metabolites in the seedlings of the experimental group cultured for different duration (5,10 or 15 d) were measured and compared with those in the control group.Results: It was found that the contents of stilbenoids such as resveratrol and polydatin increased significantly, while the contents of musizin and anthraquinones increased first and then decreased.Conclusion: Short time induction can significantly promote the accumulation of secondary metabolites in the seedlings of Rumex gmelini Turcz(P<0.05).The research results provide methods and means for protecting wild resources and improving the utilization of medicinal plants.It is of great significance for maintai-ning sustainable development of resources.
