摘要 [目的]探究多种环境因素对黄芪药材生长及品质的影响机制,明确黄芪种植的最佳生长环境,为黄芪高效经济绿色人工种植提供科学指导。[方法]通过对近年来有关黄芪生长环境的中英文文献研究进行检索,整理分析气候、地理、土壤、微生物等环境因素对黄芪生长发育及药材品质的影响。[结果]黄芪的最佳生长环境为中温带大陆性季风气候,中国北纬33°以北,海拔1 000~1 500 m,且光照充足,昼夜温差大,轻度干旱,土壤疏松透气富含有机质。[结论]环境因素从多方面影响了黄芪药材的生长及品质,因此黄芪药材的种植选地应综合考虑气候、地理、土壤、微生物等因素。 [Objective] To investigate the mechanism of various environmental factors on the growth and quality of Astragalus herb,to clarify the optimal growth environment for Astragalus cultivation,and to provide scientific guidance for efficient and economic green artificial cultivation of Astragalus. [Methods] The effects of climate,geography,soil,microorganism and other environmental factors on the growth and quality of Astragalus were analyzed through the search of Chinese and English literatures on the growth and development of Astragalus in recent years. [Results] The best growing environment for Astragalus is a mid-temperate continental monsoon climate,north of 33°N latitude in China,1 000~1 500 m above sea level,with plenty of light,large temperature differences between day and night,mild drought and loose,breathable soil rich in organic matter. [Conclusion] Environmental factors affect the growth and quality of Astragalus herb in many ways. Therefore,the selection of land for the cultivation of Astragalus herb should take into account climate,geography,soil,microorganism and other factors.
