摘要
目的:探讨360度反馈评价法在青年卫生人才培养中的应用。方法:对青年医生进行360度反馈评价法和常规考核法进行考核,并对考核结果进行统计比较。结果:实施360度反馈评价法后,医德医风的得分高于常规考核法,而业务能力和科教水平的得分均低于常规考核法。结论:在青年卫生人才考核中实施360度反馈评价法,指标细化并有反馈沟通,可激发青年医生的工作积极性,有针对性地进一步提高业务能力和科教水平。
Objective:To explore the application of 360 degree feedback evaluation method in the training of young health professionals.Methods:Young physicians were evaluated by both 360 degree feedback method and conventional method and their examination results were statistically compared.Results:After implementing the 360 degree feedback evaluation,the scores of medical ethics were higher but the scores of business ability and science and education levels were lower as compared with the conventional assessment method.Conclusion:The implementation of 360 degree feedback evaluation can stimulate the enthusiasm of young physicians and targetedly and further improve their business ability and the science and education levels by refinement of assessment indicators and feedback.
