摘要
介绍了柯氏模型和CIPP模型在医学培训中的应用现状,总结分析各模型在不同评估层次的具体应用情况,旨在为培训评估模型的应用提供参考。提出在医学培训中联合应用柯氏模型和CIPP模型进行评价可以起到互补的作用。
This article introduced the application status quo of Kirkpatrick model and CIPP model in medical education,and summarized the specific application of each model at different evaluation levels,aiming to provide the references for the application of training evaluation model.It proposed that the joint application of the Kirkpatrick model and CIPP model in medical training could be complementary.
