摘要
目的:观察高压氧联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法:选取收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者124例为研究对象,按照治疗方案分为观察组和对照组各62例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组采取高压氧联合α-硫辛酸治疗。比较两组治疗效果、神经传导速度、血清指标以及氧化应激指标水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.16%(59/62),明显高于对照组的75.81%(47/62),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组尺神经、胫神经、正中神经的感觉神经传导速度和运动传导速度值均明显快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清MDA、NO值均明显低于对照组,SOD、CAT、GSH-PX值均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项血清学指标水平均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高压氧联合α-硫辛酸应用于糖尿病周围神经病变患者的治疗中有可靠的效果,能够帮助患者抑制病情进展,改善神经功能。
Objective:To investigate clinical effects of hyperbaric oxygenation combined withα-lipoic acid in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:A total of 124 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were enrolled.According to different treatment regimens,they were divided into observation group and control group,62 cases in each.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined withα-lipoic acid.The therapeutic effects,nerve conduction velocity,and serum index and oxidative stress index levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.16%(59/62),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.81%,47/62),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensory nerve conduction velocities and motor conduction velocities of the ulnar nerve,radial nerve and median nerve in the observation group were significantly faster than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum MDA and NO levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;the SOD,CAT and GSH-PX levels were significantly higher than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Hyperbaric oxygen combined withα-lipoic acid has a reliable effect in the treatment of the patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.It can help the patients to inhibit the disease progression and improve the neurological function.
