摘要
目的观察分析前列地尔联合高压氧治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法选取2016年8月—2017年8月接受治疗的104例糖尿病周围神经病变患者进行观察研究,根据治疗方式的不同分为研究组与对照组,每组52例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予前列地尔治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合高压氧治疗。观察比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的运动和感觉神经传导速度均明显高于治疗前,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用前列地尔联合高压氧治疗糖尿病神经病变的近期临床效果肯定,治疗安全性高,可有效减慢神经病变的进展,对改善患者临床症状及体征,促进神经功能恢复有重要意义。
Objective To observe and analyze clinical efficacy of Alprostadil combined with hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods A total of 104 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted during August 2016 and August 2017 were divided into study group and control group（ n = 52 for each group） according to different treatment methods. Control group was treated with Alprostadil on the basis of conventional therapy,while study group was added with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of treatment for control group.Clinical efficacy and incidence rate of adverse reactions were observed and compared in two groups. Results The total effective rate in study group was significantly higher than that in control group（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,levels of motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity were significantly higher than those before treatment in two groups,and the levels in study group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in total incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Alprostadil combined with hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of patients with diabetic neuropathy may achieve good short-term efficacy and decrease progress of neuropathy with safety,and it has great significance to improve clinical symptoms and signs and promotes recovery of nerve function.
