摘要
化工产业在生产过程中不可避免地会出现有毒有害的危险废料,并且其中潜存易燃易爆物质以及腐蚀性和传染放射性等物质,不仅对人体有巨大伤害,同时对于自然环境也有较大影响,因此减轻这些有害物质的危险性进行无公害化处理是化学工程当中最需要解决的问题。随着工业领域对化学技术的应用逐渐增多,组合形式的复杂性逐渐提升,越来越多的新材料制造所产生的的废料需要更为有效的处理措施,焚烧一直是采用频率最高的处理方式,不过对于焚烧烟气的处理技术,一直处于研究和优化当中。
In the chemical industry,toxic and harmful hazardous wastes will inevitably occur in the production process,and the flammable and explosive substances and corrosive and infectious radioactive substances are not only harmful to the human body,but also to the natural environment.Great impact,therefore reducing the risk of these harmful substances for pollution-free treatment is the most important problem in chemical engineering.With the increasing application of chemical technology in the industrial field,the complexity of the combination form is gradually increasing,more and more The waste generated by the manufacture of new materials requires more effective treatment.Incineration has always been the most frequent treatment,but the treatment technology for incineration of flue gas has been researched and optimized.
