摘要
对于燃煤锅炉而言,为满足"超低排放标准"的要求,进行合理的烟气处理是必须的途径。文中通过对除尘、脱硝、脱硫的先进环保工艺进行对比,并将其与实际工程相比较参考,选用了低氮燃烧+选择性催化还原法(SCR)+低低温静电除尘器+海水脱硫+湿式电除尘器的烟气处理工艺。烟尘设计排放值为3 mg/Nm^3,NOx设计排放值为35 mg/Nm^3,SO_2设计排放值为20 mg/Nm^3,所得到的各设计值全都低于"超低排放标准"的限定值。
In order to achieve the "ultra-low emission standard" in coal-fired power plants,the key is to choose the appropriate and advanced flue gas treatment process.ZPC (Zhejiang Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.) comparing the advanced environmental protection technologyof dust removal,denitration,desulfurization and combining with the engineering practice,adopted the low nitrogen combustion+selective catalytic reduction method (SCR)+low temperature electrostatic precipitator+seawater desulfurization,wet electrostatic precipitator flue gas treatment technology of electric field.The design emission indexes are 3mg/Nm^3 for dust,35 mg/m^3 for NOx and 20 mg/Nm^3 for sulfur dioxide.All design indicators are better than the "ultra-low emission standard".
