摘要
危险废物以其特有的毒害性质直接破坏生态环境、影响人类健康、制约可持续发展。随着经济发展水平的不断提高和城市人口规模的增长,危险废物的产生量将逐年递增,由于危险废物污染引发的环境问题也在逐步显现。从产废单位、种类分布、收集转运、利用处置等方面分析了宁波市工业危险废物的处理体系现状,指出工业危险废物规范化管理存在的主要问题,并结合实际情况提出源头精细化管理、搭建暂存平台、提高危险废物终端处置能力和效率等对策建议。
Hazardous wastes which have special toxicity, destroy the ecological environment, affect human health and restrict sustained development. Along with the economic development and urban population growth, the amount of hazardous wastes will increase rapidly and the environmental problems caused by hazardous wastes will be serious year by year. This paper analyzed the current situation of industrial hazardous wastes treatment system in Ningbo from the aspects of pollution sources, species distribution, collection, transportation, utilization and disposal. The main problems of standardized management of industrial hazardous wastes are pointed out. According to the actual situation, this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions such as precision management of sources, building a temporary storage platform and improving disposal capacity and efficiency.
