摘要
面向安徽省内微波射频领域行业企业需求,在新工科理念指引下,对接新颁布《普通高等学校本科专业类教学质量国家标准》要求,从科学知识、工程能力、综合素养等维度,研制新的专业人才培养标准;通过“五改”推进教育教学综合改革,加大数学、计算机、电子等多学科领域的交叉融合,构建“亲产业”的微波射频领域创新创业人才个性化培养体系,旨在培养地方行业产业迫切需要的会建模、能编程、懂设计的微波射频领域业创新创业人才。
Facing the needs of enterprises in the field of microwave radio frequency in Anhui Province,under the guidance of the new engineering concept,following the new National Standard for the Quality of Undergraduate Teaching in General Higher Education,new professional training standards from the dimensions of scientific knowledge,engineering ability and comprehensive literacy is developed.The comprehensive reform of education and teaching is promoted through the“five reforms”.The cross-integration of mathematics,computer,electronics and other multidisciplinary fields is strengthened and a personalized training system for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the field of microwave radio frequency“close to the industry”is built,aiming at fostering the innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the field of microwave radio frequency,who are urgently needed by local industry that can model,program and understand the design.
