摘要
产教融合是职业教育新时代进行创新发展的必然之路,是职业教育提升发展质量的必然需求。持续高质量的产教融合发展之路取决于职业院校对行业企业发展的研究,对行业企业需求的研究和对新时代高素质人才成长的研究,在此基础上创新职业教育管理机制、人才培养模式、教育教学体系和社会服务体系,以适应行业企业发展的新需求。没有对行业企业的深入研究,就没有持续发展的产教融合体系。
The integration of industry and education is an inevitable road for the innovation and development in the new era of vocational education,and it is a demand for the improvement of the development quality of vocational education.The path of continuous development of high-quality industry and education depends on the research of professional colleges and universities on the development of industry enterprises,the study of the needs of industry and enterprises,and the study of the growth of high-quality talents in the new era.On the basis of this,vocational education management mechanism,personnel training model,education and teaching system and social service system are to be innovated to meet the new needs of the development of industry and enterprises.Without in-depth research on industry and enterprises,there is no continuous development of the integration system of industry and education.
