摘要
职业教育的本质属性决定了职业教育人才培养模式的独特性在于"校企合作、工学结合"。职业教育校企合作的有效性有赖于法律制度的保障。当前,我国职业教育校企合作制度面临着校企合作法律体系不够健全、缺乏制度化的校企合作双赢机制、校企合作监督评估机制有待完善、校企技术合作制度不够精细等制度性困境。职业教育校企合作制度性障碍的破解需要构建健全的职业教育校企合作法律体系、建立有效的校企合作双赢机制、完善校企合作监督评估机制、细化校企技术合作制度。
Vocational education 's essential attribute deciding its talent training mode is "universityindustry cooperation,production-learning combination ". The effectiveness of university-industry cooperation relies on the legal system 's guarantee. Nowdays,university-industry cooperation faces some institutional plights,such as a weak legal system,an un-institutionalized win-win mechanism,an imperfect supervision and evaluation mechanism,and the rough university-industry cooperation technical system. As a result,if we want to shield these institutional plights,we should start from the following aspects: building a perfect universityindustry cooperation legal system,constructing an effective win-win mechanism,consummating an impeccable supervision and evaluation mechanism,and refining a micromesh technical system.
